Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
I am using EZ Texting in my department to communicate with our team. The business problems it helps with is that people will see the text I send, and sometimes won't see an email. This helps get information fast to my team when I need to be confident they are aware of an issue/meeting/decision.
- It is great for sending quick communication to many people simultaneously.
- Some of the subscriptions are free.
- Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to upload a new database of contacts, but that's to be expected with any app.
- It can be a little pricey to use the paid version of EZ Texting.
- EZ Texting has helped us have more attendees at our meetings. This, in turn, helps our group to be more cohesive and know what is going on. People are able to remember when we are meeting and RSVP.
- It has saved time in administration and allowed me to do other duties instead of spending a whole day contacting folks individually.
Textedly was not near as user-friendly as EZ Texting. I found everything about EZ Texting better including customer service, ease of use, and the ability to schedule texts instead of sending immediately.
