Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZ Texting to contact other realtors regarding our services.
  • Easy to use
  • I like the ability to schedule texts
  • Customer service is always friendly and helpful
  • It would make it easier especially for me to have the text automatically switch to an MMS instead of having to manually do it.
  • I have noticed a positive impact on my business. I find I receive a bigger response via text than phone calles or emails.
I was able to get up and running quickly after a quick tutorial with my representative. I noticed results immediately.
It is very easy to type a quick text and schedule it for whatever time and date you would like.
Any time I have contacted customer support my questions or issues have been answered fairly quickly.
I only use MMS as it gives me the ability to use pictures to showcase a property.
