Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Used EZ Texting to send campaign messages to ~1,500 County delegates during a primary election

Pros

  • Simple to craft a message to send
  • Shows text responses from target audience, which is super helpful

Cons

  • Pay per credit instead of pay per message. 1 credit ≠ 1 message
  • No Android app
  • Reached far more people than email
  • Better engagement than email
The credit system is confusing. I would rather see a pay per message system, understanding that different message types have different costs
Far more scalable than Google Voice.
