Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to communicate with candidates and our current employees. The product helps with time consuming phone calls and with dealing with a younger generation, who are not keen to answering phone calls.
- Provides online website and app for ease of use.
- Notifies of a new message by a push notification online and on the app, and sends an email.
- Allows multiple messages to be sent, if you are sending a large message.
- Copy & Paste while using the app would be nice :)
- EZ Texting has helped the HR department in the ease of responding to current candidates and employees, while increasing productivity.
We selected EZ texting because it was the easiest to use.
