These updates are usually not fully tested before implementation. When these updates happen, tons of bugs present themselves. Hence, that's where we earn our keep with our clients. We do trial and error tests to figure out the issue and resolve them for our clients.

It's not about why we selected Facebook Pages Manager, but more out of necessity. Facebook is one of the biggest, if not the biggest social media following. To miss out on such an opportunity would be possible. Previously, we tested out on Twitter and Snapchat but both services are not as robust as Facebook. Facebook has more features and capabilities vs the rest. And if only Facebook fixes their bug issue with every update, it would be a great product to work with.
