Fin has been super helpful for our organization; we're handling around 1/3 of our first-line support via chat, email, and phone with Fin.
Pros
- Super strong content usage over chat and email.
- easy maintaining and improving your AI agent performance.
- Super strong AI driven insights to see where you need to improve.
Cons
- AI voice is not on par with the rest of the product at this moment.
- I'd love a little bit better content control, where do we have duplicate content etc.
- Price-wise, it's fine like it is, but low-cost competition is coming up fast; product improvements can outpace that.
- Around 200-300% Roi in first year.
It's great, fin is always there and resolves a lot. When you need human support, it's there too, and people are super involved and product experts.
Good value, especially compared to CRM. The AI voice from ElevenLabs is much cheaper at this stage than the Intercom voice.
