Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
Fonality is a true plug-n-play telephone. If you have a fast internet connection this is a no brainer for your telephone requirements. Mobility is key with a cloud phone system that you can bring your phone anywhere and plug it into the internet and it just works. Highly recommended for small businesses that don't want to pay for a telephone system.

Coming from legacy phone systems that are out of support, fonality is very budget friendly. You get a phone that works without any special or proprietary hardware.

No - Being a customer that is used to the premium support before it was an add-on I should receive the same service. I pay the same price but the service has gone down from what I previously had.
When we signed up for Fonality in 2011 the support was great with the onboarding. Anytime I called there was someone there to help work through the issues or questions. There were some call issues and we separated the network traffic and the system worked as advertised. Support is there for the on boarding process.
