[It's being used] In a geographical area of the organisation to run a chatbox and chat bots, contacts database, autoresponders and automations to make our lead nurturing and sales process less time intensive.
- Chatbots - Easy to set up with logic depending on how people respond
- Automations - Triggering particular actions depending on what a visitor does on the site
- Autoresponders and broadcast e-mails - simple to set up
- Forms - Easy to create forms to capture info from visitors
- Customer support is excellent and they listen to all suggestions so any missing functionality that I have discovered, they have responded to
- They have a great suggestions process so any minor missing functionality I have discovered, I am confident will be resolved at some point
- Honestly, I think they're really good company who listen to their users and act fast to improve the software
