Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist as a one in all marketing tool. We control our marketing campaigns with Gist and use it for our communication with users on our website. Its good to have everything in one place as we can collect data about our users and use it for things like newsletter campaigns.

  • Parts are in Beta, and others are not, so it switches depending on what you are working on.
  • Advanced opportunities take a lot of time to really understand.

The look is much cleaner and there are more options. Also, we got a very good price to use the tool. We were using Mailchimp for free and switched to Gist when we took the next level and got more professional. We are very happy with this decision and will keep working with it.
Gist ist very useful if you have an online business in which you communicate with your users via your website and other channels. You can easily create a knowledge base, set up a chatbox for your website and create email campaigns. You have all the communication in one place.
