Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use it for live chat, email marketing, email support, and chat bot. There are many parts of Gist that we have not used yet that we will try in the future, their portfolio of great tools is very attractive.

Both Gist and Intercom have great products, but Gist has much better pricing.
For companies that want an all-in-one tool this is a good solution. If you just want a standalone function like chat or knowledge base, this tool is probably too advanced for your needs.
