Overall Satisfaction with Gong

During our solution design and implementation processes, Gong helps us to capture the needs of the client during workshops so that the information can be shared with other stakeholders internally. Gong can remind us of key action items and follow ups which help us to deliver a high-level of service to our customer base. Additionally, when we hear recommendations for product enhancements, we can easily share those directly with the Product team. Gong is also used for training new hires. During the onboarding process, we're able to share recent successful calls of specific types with each team member.
