Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use gong to record calls with clients so I can provide them with better feedback and also continue in learning from myself and others by listening to calls for trainings etc

  • Easily fast forward calls
  • Share calls easily with clients
  • Saves me time on notes
  • Helps me align internally with my team
The fact I do not need to take manual notes but can just listen to my call later saves me so much time.
Gong has provided me with accurate and actionable insights that benefit my role and business such as my talk to listen time with clients to help me improve.
I did not like Jiminny and used it at a past job and it was always having problems.

Gong is fantastic for sales and customer relations departments. To be able to listen back on calls to make sure you didn't miss anything, take notes, also the transcribe feature is great for people who are hard of hearing. We do all kinds of trainings through Gong and it makes me a better sales person because of it.
