Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use it to record and evaluate calls. We record trainings that we can then send to client for review. We use it to track renewals.

Pros

  • Transcribing calls
  • Making follow-up tasks

Cons

  • Need be able to go in and edit transcript
  • Need to be able to edit/and attendees
  • Time savings
  • Enhanced customer service to our clients
It's a great tool, just needs to improve tagging of who is on the call. The amount of time it takes to update the caller's name, or change it, takes a while.
Creating follow-up tasks, searching for key takeaways.
Gong is a lot better, more indepth, etc.
