We use Gong as a notetaker and video recorder with Microsoft Teams for all our customer facing sales meetings. It allows use to share the recording with the customer and to search the transcript internally when looking for key discussion points to review.

- Being able to know what part of the recording the customer watched and not just when they started watching it.
- Auto translate the transcript in other languages
- Automatically link meting recordings where the same customer was a participant
- Saves time preparing a summary letter
- Sending the recording to the customer creates greater alignment of objectives
- Allow for the team to learn from other senior members by reviewing successful meetings.
The Gong summary allows for goal confirmation review with the customer prior to a software demonstration fulfilling the steps in a customer centric selling approach.
Gong allows you to visually see the customer talk time vs your own gaining insights on the customer engagement.
