I use Gong with my customer success team. It helps me analyze, and summarize all my customer calls.

Pros

  • Easy to capture a snippet of a call
  • Great search function for mention of particular words

Cons

  • Search for old calls
  • Organization association
  • Integration with Hubspot
  • Time saving
  • Higher service for customers
Call summaries and insights are very easy to understand, navigate and share
Most AI insights are accurate, but sometimes repetitive.
