Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong manages my pipeline, forecasts my deals, and watches my acitvity. I also use it to view other people's calls to improve my own. It is helpful to understand my entire pipeline on a day-to-day basis. I am a Gong user, so I am not an administrator.

Gong is ten times easier than Salesforce, outreach, or Zoom info. It is pretty automatic; AI generates insights quickly and easily, and it is easy for me to manage. I prefer it over Salesforce, and looking at my pipeline, I think it is an excellent user interface. I honestly wish Gong could replace my CRM.
It has! I don't use them a ton but it allows me to quickly summarize what I need to.
I don't use it this way.

Gong is super helpful if you have many pipelines and are looking for a more comprehensive outlook on your opportunities. I think it is useful for call feedback and review. It is super easy to leave comments and use them throughout the organization. I love using Gong, and it is the best.
