Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong daily to record meetings and provide summaries, insights, and a list of action items. I have multiple meetings that I need to track, and having a tool like Gong makes the job of providing summaries and reviewing the meetings much easier. The use of AI to provide insights has proven to be highly valuable. I highly recommend it.

- Language translation.
- Pickup of some technical jargon.
- Transcribe "accents".
- Saves me a couple of hours a day in writing meeting summaries and compiling action items.
- Improved productivity as I can easily reference the team’s recordings or search for pertinent content.
- The use of AI has greatly improved, and the analysis and conclusions determined are spot on.
The AI feature has improved tremendously lately. I can gauge customers’ sentiments and determine the impact of an announcement across multiple users.
I can search for keywords across teams, customers, or industries and get insights on responses and sentiment.
