Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use it to record and review my meetings. I use the ai tool to ask questions on the meeting. i also use it for summary and next steps. i love it because i don't have to listen to the whole meeting and it saves me a lot of time! i do wish it analyzed the calls faster.

Pros

  • skipping through recorded video toggle could be easier to use
  • saves time for me!
its very good at giving summaries. not always super accurate, but pretty good!

Gong is great for reviewing my calls and summarizing them so i can copy and paste into my notes. i like watching my peers recordings so i can learn how they present and pitch. its great for sales calls. its provides a way for me to improve my sales skills. i really enjoy using it daily!
