Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong as a central place to access customer interactions with sales and customer success teams. This helps us prevent siloed information. Our customer success/account managers teams use it to search for information before a call quickly and to share call highlights with attendees/stakeholders, helping streamline meeting follow-up and address action items. The sales team uses Gong to uncover upsell opportunities and analyze account trends to identify potential growth areas, making it an invaluable tool for driving customer success and business growth.

I have found that one word searches sometimes pull in inaccurate results. However my experience with insights is fairly limited.
- Zoom Events & Webinars
Zoom is great for hosting meetings and events, however the meeting management and insights are lacking compared to Gong. Also the search functionality with Gong is very helpful.
