Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong in many ways, but I use it primarily for call recording, note taking, and AI email follow up. Our customer success team has between 3 and 7 calls per day, and Gong allows us to keep our conversations straight and automate manual tasks by using AI.

Because it allows me to know exactly what I said and easily identify where certain things were said in a long call. I can interact with AI directly in the tool to analyze and accomplish additional tasks where needed.
Yes, this has been extremely helpful. I no longer have to write my own follow up emails, but the quality of my emails has actually been better. Without having to move to another system, I can use AI to analyze the interaction and identify next steps.
This isn't applicable to me.

If you ever find yourself wishing you could remember what you said on a call, or take notes in your call, Gong would be helpful for you. It does this with little to no manual intervention.
