Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong in many ways, but I use it primarily for call recording, note taking, and AI email follow up. Our customer success team has between 3 and 7 calls per day, and Gong allows us to keep our conversations straight and automate manual tasks by using AI.

Yes, this has been extremely helpful. I no longer have to write my own follow up emails, but the quality of my emails has actually been better. Without having to move to another system, I can use AI to analyze the interaction and identify next steps.
