Overall Satisfaction with Gong
The tracking of external calls and discussions with merchants. The auto generated follow up email saves me so much time and gives me a reference point for action items.

Almost 100% accurate every time. I think the talk to text element could be a bit more accurate, but it's very useful and I can't imagine work without Gong now.
There is a lot of data driven analytics my director just showed me last week that I had NO IDEA existed. I'm currently looking into it and learning from what it's pulling.
Gong is by far the most comprehensive.
