Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong for reviewing calls with prospects and writing summaries of my calls. It is helpful when I want to check that I covered a certain topic, which can be done through searching the transcript. I also sometimes use the AI functionality to answer questions about the conversation. Lastly, the analytics are helpful when I want to gauge or compare the effectiveness of various calls.

- Reliability - there have been times where only the actual recording of the call is available
- Timing - usually I'm not able to view a call until an hour or two after. Sometimes I want to reference a call as soon as I'm done with it. I understand if instant availability isn't possible, but after a few minutes would be great.
- Call tagging / topics are usually wrong for me, but this isn't a huge deal
- time savings - can quickly write recaps
- more organization - easier to keep up with prospects
Yes, I'm satisfied. It is particularly impressive given how new this technology is and I'm excited for the continued development.
Yes, I can easily identify basic prospect objections through Gong
I haven't used any other tools that are comparable to Gong before.
