Gong is GREAT!
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong for sales to understand our customers across the life cycle of the sale. While there are many agents involved in the process, we can work collaboratively to understand the customer through the sales cycle.
Pros
- Record and translate calls.
- Score conversations for training.
- Allow the team to work together.
- Keep customers from having to repeat themself.
- Allow for storytelling.
- Efficient for notes and more.
Cons
- BANT scoring is a little off.
- Better dictations at times.
- Greater alignment on POSs and team engagement.
- Better collaboration and time saving.
Of the conversation. Some of the insights are vague and don't consider who is speaking or if there was no time for a speaker to speak. When I use it to ask questions about what I could have done better on a call, it does not consider certain aspects of the conversation.
In many ways, we learn most about the challenges our customers face and competitive insights across the calls. It's also great for searching how others resolve objections or respond in ways that are taken positively by customers.
