Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record all outbound calls, and external/internal meetings. The call recordings provide excellent summaries and analytics using Generative AI. The collaborative work it allows across teams and regions is amazing, we use it all of the time. We particularly like the feedback and generate follow-up email features as they help with collaborative working and maximising workflow efficiency.
