Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I used Gong to find the best contacts and best way to us my time rather than calling numbers that would not leads to deals! its been an incredible experience. it really makes a huge difference when prospecting so many accounts and making sure you are spending time in the right areas or contacts

  • helps me not be overhelmed by endless phone trees
  • helps simplify
  • ease of use
  • makes the process more fun

Cons

  • features to help me find better numbers
  • features to create a simple list of people who have called me back
  • features to make a list of people who i have already left a vm to
  • i think more buttons for auto Voicemials
  • better deals
  • better alignment with org
  • time savings
  • easy to access
It has been incredible for my job. I actually do wish it was a bit more simple with less buttons to choose from because I could spend an entire year really knowing how to best work Gong. A lot of features was a little overwhelming at first for me. I really do overall like this product but a lot of features

it's amazing for a BDR role, it helps with fatigue related to job duties. we are constantly calling many people so an auto feature where it helps us make the most of our time is ideal. it can be harder to have longer talk times with Gong bc when it passes over phone trees i cant dig deep to find the right contact. that has happened a few times where my time to talk has gone on but every org is different my org really lieks when we talk to people for a long time
