Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
GoodData is an Embedded Business Intelligence (BI) platform that helps us POC report before it is built into the standard product package. Reports that do not justify being productized can be delivered as a value-added service for our customers. This allows us to cater to both the low and high end of the market with different levels of customization.
It is a cost-effective and easy-to-scale solution to provide embedded business intelligence. After evaluating around 20 over products, this is probably the one that has the gentle curve on scaling and initial startup cost. It is also fairly user-friendly except for the initial setup but the support quickly sorts it out after a couple of emails. Pricing wise there are some additional expenses for some modules that were not presented upfront but even with those taken into consideration, it is still the best in the cost.

We did the POC for over 2 months because we were testing all the different use cases and comparing them with other solutions. Right after signing the contract, it takes 1 - 2 weeks to get it all up and working.

Most of the have high upfront cost and the scaling model is extremely complicated.
