Good BI Tool with a lot of Customizations
As a dev setting this up for clients, I enjoyed the most the bricks and possibilities with these ones. The architecture available with master accounts on different environments allows us to properly set a testing/dev and prod environment for testing our new metrics, dashboards, and new LDMs without any struggle.
Giving our users a clean, yet robust UI for building custom dashboards and reports is the most important GoodData feature for us. Our users generally do not have experience with data science or programming languages to do much back-end work. With GoodData, most of the UI is fairly drag and drop which makes the solution much easier for our users to adopt.

GoodData is my best decision so far!
GoodData's self-service BI and analytics empowered my sales team with awesome dashboards, the real-time analytics and customizable reports. I personally love the user-friendly interface and data integration for unified view and advanced predictive analytics. The tools helps in team communication and makes easy decision-making. It helped in many key decisions for me and my team.

I closely work in the revenue part of the organization, so for me and my team, the reports and analysis based on revenues and revenue optimization are most valuable. Security is the second most valuable feature that is valuable for me, we had some issues with our data security in the past so we are very thoughtful when it comes to security.

Easy and Fast UI experience with modeling capabilities
Self service facility saves us time on a daily basis as customized client reports no longer have to be supported by the development staff and can be turned around quickly by the client themselves. Very GoodData
So far the self-service tool has been intuitive and problem-free. The documentation, while outdated in some places, is still enough to allow me to get the outcome I desire. The DIY metric builder is the most valuable feature as well as the ability to create calculated datasets using the advanced query builder.

A valuable partner!
The features that stand out the most or are most valuable to my role are the parent-child hierarchy GoodData offers, the pricing model per workspace as opposed to per user which we've seen on other solutions and also the fact that non-engineering people can build and edit their reports on their own.
