Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
I have been using the GoodData BI platform for over a year now and I am very happy with it. It has helped me gain in-depth analytical insights from a variety of custom ad-hoc dashboards and reports. The best part is that it is easy to use and doesn't require any coding skills.
My ERP is easy to use, but simplicity comes at a cost. He has almost no reports. In this way, Gooddata very competently fills this gap.

I registered and uploaded some CSV files. I managed to assemble a simple dashboard, all by myself, in a very short time. It's a quick win, and that sort of thing I've learned to appreciate over time. You feel competent and know that you can go even further if it is in your best interest.
The self-help materials are well written and have enough detail that you don't have to make personal contact all the time. It's a very mature tool in that sense.
So far I've only used CSV import.
