Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
We use GoodData to extend the reporting capabilities of our app and allow our clients to build custom reports that deliver on their specific business needs. By embedding GoodData within our app, customers do not need to manage multiple log ins or leave the application to view critical reports and take action upon that data.
- Low barrier to entry for users not familiar with BI tools
- Documentation is generally helpful
- UI is clean and simple
- Product offerings are fragmented. Often some features are only found in one version of a product, but not another
- Reports can be slow to load
- Some advanced BI capabilities are not as robust as competition
Giving our users a clean, yet robust UI for building custom dashboards and reports is the most important GoodData feature for us. Our users generally do not have experience with data science or programming languages to do much back-end work. With GoodData, most of the UI is fairly drag and drop which makes the solution much easier for our users to adopt.
