Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I usually use Google Drive to share files with my colleagues, it's pretty easy and helpful, the file system can be divided into sections just like the one used on your personal Operative System. The application for windows simplifies furthermore all the processes giving the possibility to perform all the operations from the OS's file system.

OneDrive, Dropbox and MediaFire

The free plan takes Google Drive at the top of the stack, paying nothing you can store data up to 15GB. This could be really important for a startup that has to consider how to manage the initial budget. I selected Google Drive because I had already a Google account, before Google Drive I used to manage my emails through Gmail.

Google Drive is very suitable in cases where you need to share files, documents, and information with many people, for example with your team. On the other hand, you should avoid sharing sensitive data (passwords, customer information, etc..). The shared drives are managed by Google and of course, are available on the web. If an attacker could get in, your data would be compromised.
