Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Google Forms for my small business allows for customers to easily and cohesively provide me and my business with a response based upon my work and allow my small business to improve its standing not only among the community, but with the respect and admiration of those whom we serve. Being able to issue surveys and forms that are not bland and actually fun for the customer to complete is definitely an excellent way to achieve a good amount of respect with one's customers. Google Forms is used by my business to ask customers their thoughts and opinions on our work after we finish it, to become a better business.
- Allows a business to create a fun, creative form for customers to fill out, in an easy way.
- Easy to use, especially on an administrative level.
- Well integrated with Google Drive, which allows for projects to be backed up to the cloud and reached on any synced computer.
- Hard to figure out at first, especially without a Google account.
- Customer support is almost nonexistent.
- UI is minimalist and can be confusing.
- Allows for customer input, improving business
- Improves business mission statement in a rapid and dynamic way
- Customers love how integrated it is
SurveyMonkey is expensive and hard to use, but the analytics of it are absolutely amazing. Google Forms excels in integration and features, however. Google Forms is also excellent with survey creation and the creativity associated with it. Making your survey "pop" is definitely a plus, as opposed to the ugly green color that is default on SurveyMonkey. SurveyMonkey is also unprofessional in a customer's eyes as it is "third party". While Google Forms is "third party", it allows for individual "ownership" of a survey, as Google Forms has little branding on a survey you create.
