Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Google Forms is used to collect and analyze data among various stakeholders. For example, if the district wishes to survey teachers about preferences, it creates a Google Form. Data can be analyzed meaningfully by looking at both qualitative and quantitative outputs. There are options to see bar charts, pie charts, and more. You can look at data both at the level of individual and the entire cohort sampled.
- Clear and easy to use for both data administrators and users.
- Can collect a lot of data.
- An efficient way to obtain data.
- Survey construction can be a bit clunky.
- Exporting to Google Sheets creates a document that is too large.
- Google Forms can have more opportunities to add creative flair.
- You can find out how much information is known or not known by employees.
- Since it's a free tool it doesn't eat into limited budgets.
- You can align your products with customer preferences as expressed on Google Forms.
Google Forms is free, unlike Qualtrics. Google Forms is much more user-friendly and survey distribution is "friendlier." Google Forms is used by my company in order to collect data from teachers, students, and other stakeholders. Google Forms works well with other parts of the Google Suite including Google Sheets.
