Google Forms is easy to setup, easy to use, and easy to share amongst your team.
Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We use Google Forms within our organization. Our leadership team creates and distributes forms to the team for various events or surveys. Google Forms has made polling our team's input quick and efficient for our leadership team.
Pros
- Easy to create different types of questions. For example, you can create short answer responses or select one, or multiple choice.
- It is easy to make things mandatory for the user to complete.
- It is easy to export the respondent's answers to a sheet document and share [them] within the organization.
- The ability to make quizzes after presentations or for training has been awesome for our hospital.
Cons
- The visuals can be edited for [a] color choice and you can add images, however, the overall look of the survey is standard.
- Embedding the survey into a website is not as visually appealing as other survey options.
- Google Forms has increased our leadership's efficiency when collecting data from our team.
- The export features to Google Sheets [have] made a positive contribution to our ROI by saving our leadership time reviewing data.
- We have had a positive experience when creating quizzes to test knowledge, especially for our new hire team members.
Google Forms has been much easier to use for our team since we already use Google for other services. The integration between their products works well for what we needed. SurveyMonkey is what we used in the past. They were easy to set up and send out to our team, however, exporting the information and sharing it wasn't as easy. We had to share through Dropbox and use excel. Google Forms keeps all of the information easily accessible and easy to share amongst our team.
