Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We've used it to gather data from our colleagues and other people in our community. It feels like a simple and secure way to gather information without any special software. People are familiar and comfortable with Google Forms so it seems like there is very little hesitancy for people to use it when they encounter it.

Usability

It's easy to use, it is easy to learn, it is easy to integrate with google spreadsheets, it makes my job and my life easier. I don't have to think about it, it just works. It's simple in the best ways, and it's fast. It give survey creators good options and is solidly designed.

Support Rating

I'm only giving this a 10 because I've never needed support for Google Forms. It just works.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for collecting data that will then be fed into a spreadsheet. I find that viewing and analyzing data in spreadsheets is really useful for me, and so I appreciate this part of the functionality. I think it's really great when emailing out forms to a large group of people from varying demographics because many people are familiar and comfortable with the platform.
