Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Meet

We are using Google hangouts meet for our day-to-day meetings with internal and external customers. We are also conducting team meetings and business reviews by using it. The best part is that it saves our lots of money and time, which is being required if that meeting would have been conducted online. We can also add remote users at any point in time.
  • Team meeting- Many to Many
  • Business review- One to Many
  • Interview- Many to One
  • Counseling- One to One
  • It should have an inbuilt translator, so we will be able to use it to communicate with Foreign customers.
  • Call jumps when there is a low network, it should show a warning signal immediately when there is any low network.
  • Positive impact: It saves lots of time & money
  • Positive impact: It increases communication gaps & delays as we can include any person at any given point in time.
It is easily available over internet & user friendly.

It is well suited & recommended for the scenarios when we are talking to a person or group of people who can speak the same language. It is not appropriate when we are speaking to a person who doesn't know our language.
