Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We use Google Sheets for a wide variety of tasks. We use sheets to keep track of revenue and marketing statistics, use advanced calculators, manage projects, and maintain our company directory. Google Sheets has been adopted by my team and is widely used for collaborating on all projects that require a spreadsheet.

Pros

  • Project managment
  • Calculations
  • Revenue Tracking

Cons

  • Training for people moving over from Excel
  • AI features that learn why you make the formulas you use
  • More Templates
  • Allowed for data observation to make data based decisions
  • Allowed sheets to be totally collaborative
  • Allowed for easy project management.
Everything makes sense in Google Sheets. The UI is simple and easy to use. The formulas and layout make sense. I really enjoy using Google Sheets. The projects I do in the program are often the most enjoyable ones. I think having an AI assistant would take it to the next level to say "I am trying to do X" and have it set up the document for me.
Google Sheets is so easy to use. It beats Excel thanks to its collaborative features. They arent an afterthought. Google created this program to help teams work together. My team uses this, and we are based all over the world. Google is also easy to use compared to Sequel as the UI and formulas are simpler. However, Sequel has many more capabilites for data observation.

I would recommend Google Sheets to someone over Excel any day of the week. Google Sheets has a clean UI, is collaborative, and does pretty much everything Excel does. I also love that it integrates with the other Google business suite products, so we can link a table to a document.
