Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

When Australia closed down landlines, we were forced to replace our phone systems with IP systems, using the NBN. After substantial comparisons with systems offered by the telcos, it became clear that they were outdated and limited. GoTo Connect demonstrated a superior product in terms of software and hardware at competitive pricing. Their onboarding system is self-paced but clearly outlined, with help always available. We have now been using the system for over a year and found it more capable than we ever expected. We are yet to discover how best to use the features available to us. We are also extremely pleased with the quality and clarity of the hardware included. Finally, although sometimes it is a challenge to reach the help staff directly, they are very thorough and patient when "on the job". This is a system that you can manage, in-house, with detailed instructions and support where needed.

There was some initial confusion about compatibility with the modems we had. Initially, GoTo Connect staff said we needed to buy new modems because problems were caused by what we had. Ultimately, they just needed to be correctly set up. Problems with voice quality then went away.
We don't use the meetings app because all our outside contacts use other services, which we comply with.
