Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
When the pandemic hit, our phone system at the time did not allow our employees to utilize their office numbers while working remotely. GoTo Connect was able to set us up fast enough with softphones and our numbers to use, while we worked to port over our numbers and get actual phones purchased and set up. Very easy system to use.
Pros
- Support lets the administrators know when there is an issue with the system and keeps us informed with updates until the issue is resolved.
- The Admin Portal is easy to navigate.
Cons
- When there is an update to our directory, I have to put a ticket in with support to refresh our phones(reboot). However, if I make set up a new phone user, their information makes it over to all the phones instantaneously.
- Our previous PBX was difficult to manage, change the config, etc. GoTo makes it very easy.
- The licensing with our previous was at least three times as much as Goto Connect.
It has been an easy setup and easy to tweak if necessary.
