Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect is the only contact center software we use for our business, it has been extremely reliable and feature-rich, for our agents and customers alike. The support offered with the service is unmatched in my opinion, that is what makes me look like an expert in areas I am not.

We enjoy the peace of mind that goto connect has provided our call center, we are always learning new ways to use the service and discovering new features because the developers seem to be constantly improving and making everything seem to be a touch away and the Rock Star customer support is just amazing!
