Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use this to replace a legacy phone system where there were a lot of employees working remotely.
Pros
- Setup is fairly easy
- Robust set of features
- STability has been pretty good for us, although not perfect
Cons
- Customer service from GoTo is always sketchy. We rarely need it, but when we do, it's not very helpful
- More robust tools for seeing blocked calls
- Saved money vs. previous phone system
- Gives us a more flexible platform for phones
It's great when it works. The problem is when it doesn't work, getting GoTo to give us any sort of meaningful help is difficult.
