Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use this to replace a legacy phone system where there were a lot of employees working remotely.

Pros

  • Setup is fairly easy
  • Robust set of features
  • STability has been pretty good for us, although not perfect

Cons

  • Customer service from GoTo is always sketchy. We rarely need it, but when we do, it's not very helpful
  • More robust tools for seeing blocked calls
  • Saved money vs. previous phone system
  • Gives us a more flexible platform for phones
It's great when it works. The problem is when it doesn't work, getting GoTo to give us any sort of meaningful help is difficult.

This system is good for companies who have a lot of virtual employees and might not need a dedicated in-house phone system anymore. But you need good IT to manage it, because their support is lackluster.
