Use Cases and Deployment Scope

GoTo Connect is what we use for our phone system. It is very user friendly and intuitive. I very seldom have to reach out for help because it is so easy to use and to figure out how to solve any issues I have. Calls are clear, set up the phone tree is seamless, I can access the system from anywhere...which is helpful in case of weather closures or power outages.

Everything is in one place and is very intuitive. We've used GoTo Connect for years and I rarely need to call anyone to solve an issue. It runs so smoothly that I never have to think about it and when I do have to go in and update something, it never changes so much that I can't figure it out.

Easy to use and has been a reliable phone service for many years for us. I haven't had to worry or think about finding another phone solution for our business because GoTo Connect is a steadfast option and it is really reassuring to have one less thing to worry about in our line of work.
