We use GoTo Connect for our voip communications. They have been amazing in handling all of our network traffic and doing so with grace and uniformity. THe rep that we have [...] has been amazing and conitues to go above and beyond even a year after we have deployed go to in our network.

- Thus far its been great. Voicemail to email is finicky on the deletion sometimes.
- Communication is much better now our old system allowed voicemails to pile up and caused missed voicemails and calls.
It has been amazing. We have had nothing but great success with them in everything that we have done thus far.
Mounds above any of the compitition. They not only beat them on price but again the customer service part in even winning the bid for us was amazing. They truley went far above any other vendor.

No, we held a bid open for multiple vendors and all had a chance to show us all the bells and whistles. GoTo had the most and also the support from the sales rep down to the third party we use as a go between has been amazing.

Yes we did it is through our third party vendor but it has been amazing to have and get the support we need right away.
Most recently we had an issue with voicemails not deleting on the phone automatically so it filled up and stopped accepting VM. they were quick to find the issue and get it resolved.
