Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

pbx works great and the new management tool is east to use. We use GoTo Connect for phone system and texting. Support is great as well.

Pros

  • phone system managment

Cons

  • when calling GoTo Connect support it can take some time on a call to get support
  • support is managed by GoTo Connect and contact is ok
  • can be difficult to reach support on occasion
great tool to learn and use and deploy. Easy to install and setup for users
