Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Our company currently uses GoTo Connect for the contact center. This helps us manage our call flow, recordings help with quality assurance and customer satisfaction. We have also used the dashboard for agent performance which have helped us tremendously find any weak links in the contact center department.

We currently only use the simple features of go to and have no yet full explored the entire aspect of it.
Some providers are very eager to catch a sale and not help you once you are locked in. I found with GoTo Connect the merchant support team to be very helpful and easy to get a hold of.
