I am end user. GoTo Meeting helped to remote sharing with on low bandwidths. The audio quality is better when we have low bandwidths and from Mobile data. Our OEM provides GoTo Meeting to attend their webinars, trainings and support assistance.

GoTo Meeting Implementation
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Although, I haven't part of implementation. In general change management needs the test results of lower level implementation.
