Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

I find that GoTo Meeting is a helpful product when needed to discuss sensitive topics or anything that requires a higher level of security than any of the other free products out there. I am often asked to join meetings from clients using their free services and I like to suggest GoTo Meeting because I think that that the product offers more protection.

GoTo Meeting definitely has better security. I often have meetings where sensitive information is being discussed and it's often a concern that these meetings may be "zoom bombed"". I do not have that concern with GoTo Meeting. I also feel that GoTo Meeting's functionality is more user friendly and that new users are more able to use the product than Zoom.

Yes

GoTo Meeting is great for an instant meeting or jumping into something at the last minute. It's also nice when you need to record or share your screen, I feel the functionality is easier to use than competitors. I feel that the safety and security of GoTo Meeting is better than other similar products.

Using GoTo Meeting

10 - I would say a very small number use GoTo Meeting however I use it for external organizational meetings. The people who use it are primarily working in customer success or relations and are most often working with outside organizations.
10 - Our tech team is able to help however as a user I have never needed to utilize tech support in order to use GoTo Meeting.
