Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

Originally, it was used to support some clients. However, the feature that allowed me to take over a computer with the client's approval was removed, or at least I can't find it anymore.

Pros

  • Create meetings that are easy to have clients connect with.

Cons

  • Bring back feature that allowed ability to take over another person's computer.
  • At this time, minimal impact as I have moved to other programs for most needs.
For meetings, it stacks reasonably well, although pricey for larger firms.
