Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

GoToWebinar is an intuitive, easy-to-use platform for hosting webinars on a large scale. I specifically like features such as polling to engage the live audience and gather feedback instantly. screen share option, recording, etc. The post-webinar analytics feature is great as well as it provides insights into audience engagement rate, attendance, etc. Overall, a great tool with superior video and audio functionality.

Pros

  • Customer Service: very prompt at responding; dedicated reps for business accounts.
  • Reporting feature: attendees, registrants, and post-session questions, polls, and survey feedback.
  • Reliable and easy to use platform.
  • Great quality audio and video.

Cons

  • Does not offer breakout rooms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Lack of drawing board feature to brainstorm in group meeting.
  • 100% increase in engagement due to polls.
  • 3-4% increase in attendance due to automated reminders.
GoToWebinar is easy to use, intuitive platform. It enables you to upload a template and personalize the look through your brand logo/visuals. You can easily duplicate a prior webinar which saves you additional steps to schedule a webinar. Overall, it's a very simple user experience and an extremely reliable platform.
GoToWebinar was a familiar brand name and people in the education industry were using it daily. It was easy to use and we were able to host large-scale webinars. The video quality was superior and we were able to edit it easily and publish it externally. Overall, a simple platform with great customer service.

GoToWebinar is a great platform for large team meetings, hosting large-scale webinars, or even recording webinars and archiving them. The audio and video quality are great so you can record and publish it on the website. It is less appropriate for brainstorming sessions by different business verticals as it does not offer breakout rooms to network or brainstorm.
