Overall Satisfaction

GoToMeeting is used by my organization as tool to take our clients and prospects through our web based services and products. It always use to engage with clients globally via video conference, audio, and screen sharing. It effectively addresses the pain around having to conference in multiple members of a meeting to one call.
  • The ability to pass control of your computer to you meeting attendees. This allows my clients/prospects to engage with my product prior to a purchase
  • Audio does not require a telephone. Many of the folks I work with are international or work remote and love the ability to speak and engage via their laptop and not their cell phone.
  • Scheduling assist. The feature that automatically makes a outlook invite template for me is very helpful. A simple copy and paste and along into a time slot and all the needed information is out to all my meeting members.
  • Many times I am faced with a lag, the audio and screen sharing is delayed for the end recipient.
  • I wish there was a way I could cleanly see what upcoming events I have scheduled, possibly in a calendar format as appose to the current list format.
  • First and foremost; better customer service

  • Seamless ability to interact with international clients
I don't have much experience with other products like GotoMeeting, However I have joined some meetings using WebEx and I have to say I was not impressed with the look and feel of it. A smooth slick user interface can make all the difference to me. I am big on visuals and if the icons and locations of buttons doesn't clearly portray the action I feel that takes away from the product's likabilty.
I am not a key decision maker for a renewal, However with my two years experience with it I am very happy thus far. I feel myself and colleagues have adopted this very well and we have not received any major feedback or challenges that would force us to seek an alternative.
