Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
I have used GoToMeeting both to participate in and to lead webinars and meetings between multiple organizations. It is a great tool that allows for various participation levels among parties, from view only, to voice participation, and video chatting among multiple groups. It is much more user friendly and less awkward than a conference call setting for managing a large number of participants.

- Flexibility between presentation or interactive modes.
- People don't realize when they are in video mode.
- Sometimes there can be a communications delay when typing responses in.
- There are a ton of windows that pop up when you start up the meeting.
- Collaborating with partner organizations.
- Ability to participate in professional development opportunities.
- Providing workshops to partner companies.
I think GoToMeeting is a great way to run a meeting through a shared presentation that everyone can follow along with. The other platforms I have used have not had this functionality. The ability to gather audience responses in a variety of ways is also incredibly helpful and flexible. GoToMeeting is primary was I participate in and run "webinar" formatted interactions.
